I have been taking my dog here for the past four years. The only reason I return is because of Annie Sostrin, DMV. Typically the front staff is rude, self-involved and hard to deal with. They act as if you are inconveniencing them by being there. \r
\r
But once you get past their attitude, Dr. Sostrin is worth the painful wait. I know there are many other veterinary clinics in this area that are probably far superior when it comes to customer service, but my girl and I keep coming back because Dr. Sostrin is so dear and she obviously cares for her clients/patients as if they were her own.
