After FOUR repeat trips to another mechanic in two weeks, a new Mass Air Sensor, two new oxgen sensors, and a mechanic who was afraid to adjust the throttle body, I finally boiled over and it pushed me to start the painful search for another mechanic. Thanks to the online 16 reviews all with five-star scores, I landed at Pro-Tech. I explained my situation to Gilbert on the phone and he verified my suspicions- "They [the other mechanic shop] are just throwing parts at you and really do not know what is wrong with your vehicle." I brought my truck in and left it there in the morning. By 1 PM I got a call from Steve. He checked out my car and found something odd about the computer diagnostics. He did some oline mechanic research (they have this amazing online mechanic database!). It turns out it was a Nissan Factory electrical code issue. All it needed was to have the computer re-programmed with new settings!! Unfortunately, Steve could not do the re-flash but gave me the specific bullet
