For the most part, Dobbs has always been very honest and fair with their recommendations and work done on my vehicles. The last time I had my car in, they did try to get me to add on a service that was not really necessary. Prior to that, they had never done that. I have been pleased for the most part and they do give you lifetime rotations if your purchase your tires there.
PROS: Free Rotations with Tire Purchase
CONS: Trying to add on services not necessarily needed
