I made an appt. for my mini Chihuahau to have her series of shots. I asked if when I was in there could they just take a peek at my other male Chihuahua to be sure he was in fact neutered. He was 3 at the time. They told me I would have to make an additional appt. for him also. It took all but 30 seconds to let me know that he was indeed neutered. I was in there with my other dog....you would think they would just have the other dog come in and get checked while the other one was getting shots. The worst part is they charged me $86 for the 30 second visit!!!! The other visit was charged separately. IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY WITH THEM.
