I just got off the phone with Dodge City. I had spoken with them two weeks earlier about boarding our pet while we were going on vacation. The receptionist said that I did not need to make a reservation. When I called this morning to confirm bringing my pet in, the receptionist now says they have no room and I should have made a reservation. Now it is time to leave and I am scrambling ( and stressing) to find a place to board our pet. THIS IS INCOMPETENCE ! I will never use Dodge City for anything. It seems that their receptionist was just TOO LAZY to take a reservation.
