I swore I would never go to Dodge City Veterinary Hosp. again after I was ignored by the entire staff of people who work up front.\r
That day, they were still in the old building I came in and there were 4 employees up front and no other customers. After about 5 minutes one of them pointed to the person behind the counter and said she'd be with me in a minute.\r
She was working on the computer and was the only one working while the others talked to each other.\r
I finally told them I was leaving to go somewhere else.\r
I had an animal waiting outside and I went to another vet I had also sworn I'd never go to again.\r

I had been taking my dog to a different vet for about a year. One late afternoon he was having problems and I called my vet who apparently left work early. I called him at home as this was a matter of life and death and he told me I had to take my dog to BR.
