I have been going to Dodge city for about 10 yrs. and I have had great experiences and bad ones. I think their staff definitely needs a reality check or customer service training, but Dr. Smith is great. I have taken dogs, cats, birds, ferrets to him and he has done well with all. The only problem i really have is, we were told we needed an extensive leg surgery for my dog/child and after a hard surgery and a lot of money she is still the same. It seems as though the expensive surgery did nothing. Then we were told she needed it again, in my opinion they should have caught it the first time. But I still go there and haven't had another problem. But that is definitely strike 2 on their behalf, one more and we will find another vet.
