I just bought a used 2006 Lexus GS300 and wanted to add some new rims and get rid of my dunlop runflats (as they were very rough). I walked in and was greeted right away by Seth. He showed me the many options available and even took a rim and tire out to my car to see what it would look like. I decided on a purchase and it was completed within an hour (mounting, balancing, etc.). I drove off very pleased. The next morning I awoke to a flat tire and was concerned that something happened during the mounting of the new tires and took my car back immediately. To my surprise, I had a screw in my new tire. Seth offered to replace the tire for free since it happened so fast. He really went out of his way to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this Les Scwab. Make sure to ask for Seth.
