Michelle has been cutting my hair for several years and she is one of the best stylists I have ever had--she is a total pro with the scissors. I have rarely done salon color though, but I'm growing my hair out and my gray is really starting to be hard to color well myself, so I had Michelle do an overall color and highlights. I can't tell you how above and beyond she went for me and what a fabulous result I got. The initial color we chose was not as red as I had envisioned, so she took the extra time to do another semi-permanent tint over the first color--then she ingeniously used streaks of gray I have in my bangs area and mixed it with blond highlights to give a really natural but still dramatic look--and by using my own gray, it will not show a line now as the color grows out. The highlights and color combo is exactly what I had envisioned and looks fantastic! She was amazingly patient and helpful throughout the process and she didn't even charge me for the extra tinting.
