These reviews are tough. It is impossible to please everyone. Even the best of businesses will always have disgruntled customers who simply vent a half truth reflecting only their frustration. I have worked with Kyle and Cleggs car cares staff for many years, and currently take our business vehicles there for repairs. They do their best to be honest and upfront with everyone. To clarify, Kevin from Clegg machine which is just east of Cleggs car care, is an unrelated business who's owner just happens to be a distant cousin. I have worked with them however on a few occasions for engine machine work, and also found them to be great people. -Shane
