Having Hughes Flooring do the tile work on our new house was the biggest mistake we made.\r \r Their installers are not reliable, their tile installer hit and ran my car. Thankfully another contractor witnessed it and called me to inform me. It turns out he was driving a company van with no liscense. Even after Hughes Flooring discovered this they still let him drive their company van back to our house to do work. Diffent colors of tile were used in the application of our shower becouse he ran out of material.\r \r Then to top it off after livingin our house for less than 8 months, I discovered our shower floor was leaking. I contacted Hughes Flooring by phone and email several times with no return phone calls. \r \r We have since had other tile installers come look at our shower and was informed it was not done correctly.
