My family has taken our pets there since we moved to Florissant about 10 years ago. About a year ago, we took my dog Cabo there after his condition was further deteriorating (he had liver disease). After making a very painful and agonizing decision to put him down, the vet basically rushed us forward. They were incredibly rude and really didn't even give us a chance to say goodbye to him. My mom was crying and the receptionist kept bluntly asking how we were going to pay (we'd barely made it into the lobby). Now that I've moved out and have two dogs of my own I will never go back there. I've been going to Howdershell and they're much more caring and friendly.
