Review content:
My family dog is now MISSING, as a result of our Sheltie somehow escaping from the leash and collar that they gave him while taking him for a walk with another dog. Since they don't keep the original collars and name tags on the dogs while they are boarding them, he is lost without any identification and at the fault of this facility. Please be cautious in choosing this place. They are located directly off of a road and do not have a fence to ensure that all dogs on the property will be kept safe. This is absolutely heartbreaking for our family and is a mistake that never should have been made. The staff's reaction has been fine but very nonchalant, simply saying the dog should return in a few days. They have also been very vague regarding exactly how our dog actually got away. This is extremely serious - Please think twice about this place.
