Review content:
I made a request for quote for new ac and furnace through Home Depot and this is the company they set me up with. 2 weeks later ARS called to confirm the appointment and 30 minutes later I got a call telling me that they couldn't do the consultation until my husband could be present. I find this to be not only ridiculous, but sexist and offensive. Once the manager Gary got on the phone, 3-way with Home Depot, he went further to say that it is company policy for the husband to be present because otherwise "they get too many calls with questions". This is the 4th hvac contractor that I was to meet with and no others made the request that my husband be present. By the tone of the manager, I have no doubt that if a male had made an appoinment request, they wouldn't require his wife to be there. Again, I find this requirement to be sexist and extremely offensive.\r
After doing a little research on this company I found that they have only received 1 star across the board on Yelp, 25 com
