I am writing this letter on behalf of Mike Maurer, Service Tech who came out to our home on 10/28/2011, to service our furnace. In his findings he discovered that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and had to Red Tag it due to Carbon Monoxide and water leakage. The furnace is located in the crawl space under the house and this was a good thing it was located there. Had it been inside the house we might not be alive to type this letter.\r

My wife had been experiencing headaches and blurred vision for about 2 weeks and we couldn?t understand why. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mike Maurer for coming out and saving us. Also another thanks to Mitch and Brian who came out to install the furnace. It was done in a timely manner and both were very professional. Once again thank them for a job well done, and you should be so proud to have great people working for you.
