Google search for 24 hour plumber brought me to Rescue Rooter. I called, was able to get a technician at my house in 1 hour but opted for the next time slot. Plumber was early, yet I was running a little behind. He waited 30 minutes for me, was polite, pleasant and had a clean appearance. Our main sewer line was backed up with a vengeance (known issue of a root invasion that I neglected). Joe was patient, chopped up my roots and pulled out the "flushable wipes" that were clogging the line. I asked him to inspect my basement drain because it wasn't draining. He went down and spent over an hour trying to unclog the basement drain. IT WAS BAD!!! It hadn't drained properly since we bought the house 2 years ago. Joe tried and tried and finally blew threw the clog of hardened clay/dirt. I was surprised he didn't give up but he kept at it and cleared the basement drain. Re-did the main line twice to cut through even more roots and the total cost was only $176 for over 2 hours of his work.\r Pl
