I think the objective of naming this apartment community after Bel Air, Ca was to give it a classy and ritzy image, but that could not be farther from the truth. Years ago, I had done my share of checking out apartments in the area because I was accompanying a friend who needed to move. This experience was one of the worst. The manager forgot the appointment and was highly disorganized, the grounds needed work, and we saw trails of ants around the walls of the apartments. We spoke with one chatty tenant who warned us to stay away for our own good.
