Review content:
Drs. Diane and Scott Delmain who are top-notch 5 star vets, are, unfortunately, no longer at Bay Hill Cat Hospital, after over 15 years. Despite appearing to be a local business, this practice is actually owned by a NY corporation (petpartnersusa.com) who replaced them with another vet, Dr. Kari, who worked there previously, within the last year. I had a bad experience with her then when I had a sick cat that she treated. While she did do a good exam plus labs and xrays, she then wanted to do another expensive test the next day thinking my cat might have cancer. I initially said OK, but kitty began to improve that day. I called and asked if we needed to rush to do the test because if it was cancer a few days wouldn't make a difference. Dr. Kari immediately got very abrupt and hung up the phone. It was quite inappropriate, and made me wonder about her motivations and lose confidence in her judgment. The cat recovered without getting the test. I won?t be taking my cats there anymor
