I took my dog there about three weeks ago for the first time after I moved to VA from MD. During the exam, I was given an "estimate" of shots and services provided. Conveniently, they neglected to tell me about a $30 charge until I was checking out. Then they pressured me into buying a brand of flea treatment I had never heard of or used (used frontline in the past). The treatment cost me $100. The tech told me it would include a 6 month supply plus a free month, which I was charged tax for. When I got home, I noticed there was only the 6 month supply in the bag. I called back and was told that they had applied the free month while he was there. I did not believe them since I can normally tell after he is treated by dampness of his coat. I applied a treatment out of the 6 month supply. Three weeks later, I started finding fleas on him! I called to ask why and was told "sometime it doesnt work on all dogs like medicine doesnt work on all people". Why wasnt I told this when I was convinc
