I AM SHOCKED to see reviews stating this vet is inexpensive... THEY ARE OUTRAGOUSLY EXPENSIVE & all the middle aged women behind the counter and the middle aged office manager are all horrible people.. I DONT KNOW WHAT THE HECK THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE IS THINKING.. They are rude and ignorant. THERE ARE 300 OTHER VETS IN THIS AREA, DOES HE NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE?? YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR TESTS UP FRONT AND THEN YOU CAN NEVER GET THE RESULTS OF THE TESTS.. I CALL FOR DAYS AND THEY ALWAYS TELL ME THEY ARE BUSY AND I AM GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT MY TURN.. THEN, DAYS LATER, THEY CANT TELL ANYTHING BY THE BLOOD TESTS, SO THEY TELL YOU TO COME BACK AGAIN AND GET AN XRAY, AND CHARGE YOU FOR ANOTHER OFFICE VISIT AND THEN IT IS DAYS AND DAYS AGAIN BEFORE YOU GET THE RESULTS OF YOUR PETS XRAY.. IN THE MEANTIME, YOU PET IS DIENG, BECAUSE IT IS NOT EATING OR DRINKING AND LOOSING WEIGHT LIKE CRAZY.. THE PEOPLE HERE NO LONGER CARE ABOUT THE PETS, IT IS STRICKLY ALL BUSINESS TO THEM...
