After checking out a bunch of Eau Claire florists online, because of the previous review I contacted the Brent Douglas shop by phone and ordered flowers for my daughter's 23 birthday. My call was handled very kindly and professionally - I know about flowers and wanted to make sure that Ashley received something beautiful and funky at the same time. The staff person even called me back to confirm what had gone into her bouquet - 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT! My daughter was ECSTATIC about her bouquet and called raving about how gorgeous and cool it all was - wiht lots of funky flowers that she'd never seen before, with cool metal spiral things also in the bouquet - she LOVED IT! AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE!\r
