Review content:
I spent a couple of hour's at Joni's observing the staff to see what the place was really like. The parent handbook sounded good, but it didn't seem like any of the described practices were in place. They say they thoroughly clean everything every Friday, I was there on a Monday morning, and everything in the infant area was filthy. Dried food, drool, & snot covered the toys & infant swings & seats. The staff prepares the babies food in the same place the diapers are changed. The infant room shares a "changing area" with the toddlers next door, so 16 kids share one changing station. Due to the sharing set up there is no safety strap, no padding, and nothing to prevent the child from rolling right off the other side of the changing station if you have a wiggly baby. They put down a small square of wax paper before they change a diaper, but it does not adequately cover the area. When the toddlers were going to engage in a messy craft activity, instead of having the children put smocks on
