Review content:
The office staff is terribly un-professional and rude. After the service is provided, the office staff consistently badger me with, "Please pay the ESTIMATED balance that insurance might not pay for." I have excellent insurance,have NEVER had an outstanding balance, am fully capable of and am always paid in full upon receiving my very first statement, AFTER insurance is filed (which by the way is the law). That "pretend" balance they ask for is always more than what the balance will truly be after the claim is filed. Yesterday, they tried to do it to me again. I told the receptionist that I work for a Medical Billing company, and they are NOT allowed to do that to patients and that they could really be in danger of being audited for fraud. She was extremely curt with me and repeated that it was "policy". I wonder if the Dentists really know what their staff is doing...if this were MY practice, I would want an ethical staff working for me who demonstrated professionalism and con
