We've been in process with a house remodeling that has dragged on for many months. Perhaps our recent exposure to an array of contractors has sensitized us to how things can go badly (though, honestly, in the case of the remodel, I take a lot of the blame for poor progress). What a contrast Red River provided! We had a roof leak which resulted in damage to some of our new walls. My purposes were to stop the water quickly, to never have to worry about leaks again, and comply with the homeowners' association covenants. Price is always an object, but value-for-money is the real criterion for us. Sales: Mark Walters quickly understood my objectives and came up alternatives and ideas to meet them. The level of attention was great and the proposal was industrial grade (i.e., comparable to that of a serious business-to-business, firm).
