10/09/2011 ??? I paid $1012.78 to Seattle TV Repair, INC. to fix my TV in two weeks as stated by Roger. I got the TV back two months later. It worked for six weeks and then began having the same problem I???d paid to be fixed. I couldn???t get the company to honor its advertized six-month warranty on parts and labor. \r \r 05/01/2012 ??? I went to small claims court and entered into a mediation agreement with Seattle TV Repair, INC. The company then failed to honor the mediation agreement.\r \r 08/16/2012 ??? I went to small claims court but Roger came and he wasn???t authorized to represent Seattle TV Repair, INC. So the case got rescheduled.\r \r 08/30/2012 ??? I went to small claims court again. Its owner, David Rosales, represented Seattle TV Repair, INC. I was awarded $1053.53. The case number is 124-02300.\r \r 10/19/2012 ??? Seattle TV Repair, INC. and its owner, David Rosales, failed to honor the judgment of the court. I paid $20 to move the case to the civil
