I haven't traveled yet, so this may be a little premature, but I really want to write positively about my experience thus far. I was kept updated about everything and Mr. Chatrath was extremely communicative about the (little) snafu I had. The only reasons why I will even take that one star away is because 1) I really wish you guys were open on weekends (I understand it's an expense, and I hope you get enough business to be able to do this in the near future!) and 2) When I was booking, I was promised a price that was $200 less than the one that I ultimately ended up paying. As soon as I clicked the button authorizing the website to charge my card, I was informed that the price had gone up. I tried this several times on several different tickets with different itineraries and every time this happened. A ticket that showed up as about $1080, went up to $1279 on authorizing payment.
