I am a single mother that is on a fixed budget. I work to take care of my kids and animals. It was on a Thursday that I discovered one of my rescue dogs had been scratched in the eye. His eye was infected and oozing green discharge, and looked like it had a white haze over it. I was in a panic and took him to Combs and they turned us away because I did not have the money. I explained I was a good customer and always pay my vet bills. They would not even give us eye ointment. I was scheduled to get paid that Friday. I just could no believe the tech turned us away with that poor little dog in so much pain.. It was really sad for me that day to feel so helpless to getting my dog care because of money issues that day! I know that they can be good!! But they were not there for my dog when I needed them the most. I am going somewhere else now.
