I dealt with Bokas to get a foot stone on my cousin's grave on April 9th, 2008. They said that they would have it done in 6 or 8 weeks. Two months later they submitted the drawing for approval. In Early November, 6 months late, I get a call from them saying it was done and installed. They were supposed to contact me before the installation so I could arrange to have out of town family come in for it. Annoying, but the world won't end. I just have to wait to get the family together for another 6 months or so.\r \r When they called to tell me that they had finally done what I had already paid them $750 for, they were as high pressure as they could be- what were my death and interment plans? What about my mother? He then proceeded to tell me all of my family dates of death and relations he had looked up. I was caught unawares and off guard which is my fault, not theirs.
