Review content:
We took our grandfathers watch in to be repaired....we were assured it could be done but would be sent out. Little did we know that when it was returned.....the 24kt gold backing was replaced with 10kt gold and awfully shiny for a watch over 80 years oldworn every day by 3 generations. Of course the jewleler hadnt written down any proof of the kt of gold so we were screwed royally!!!!! We didnt realize gold was being pilfered due to its high value right now. Now, maybe the jeweler didnt steal it but whomever they sent it to......did. Make sure you have them mark everything down possible to avoid being cheated.
