Review content:
I took my dog to Charmaine's to be groomed for the summer. When I got home I saw that 4 of her claws had been cut to the quick and had bled, and 2 claws had hangnails that could have snagged had I not noticed them right away. Although the haircut did look nice, I was very disappointed that my dog was injured, again 4 claws were cut to the quick, one of them pretty badly, and there were 2 hangnails. My best guess is the nail clipper they were using was old and dulled and they were probably rushing through it. I called Charmaine and did not get in touch with her. She did call me back and leave an apologetic voicemail.\r

Definitely would not recommend.
