My doctor recommended that I go to Precision PT and I'm glad I listened to him. I had low back pain on and off for almost 2 years and it was affecting everything I did. The therapists at Precision showed me that the exercises and stretches I was doing at the gym were aggravating my lower back and making my back worse! They taught me how to strengthen my back and they showed me how to treat myself and prevent the pain from coming back. Very knowledgeable therapists, very personable, very clean and bright clinic. Sometimes difficult to book appointments because they are in such high demand.
