I took my family "bowling" Friday night about 8:30 pm. As we entered empire lanes there were four employees somewhat blocking the entrance smoking as we entered. The four of us paid 17 dollars for very disgusting shoes that were kinda thrown up on a counter at us. We were told a lane # , but now one told us where it was (downstairs we found out a few minutes later). Music was to loud and definitely not proper for families. I asked for help with entering names on the screen and no one ever came over to help. We were about to order some fries for the kids until I saw the food service people eating while pulling food out paper bags bare handed and throwing it a fryer. Ugh!. With the music getting seemingly louder and ruder, we said one game was enough. Low & behold another 17+ for 4 games of bowling. It was $35 for 4 games of bowling and shoes for about 40 minutes of "entertainment!!!!\r \r Service Score ---0 there was none, all outside smoking\r Food Score---Incomplete--- too afraid to tr
