I am not very satisfied with Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating after installing our water heater. We were getting our home inspected and our water heater failed due to three things that needed to be corrected from their installation. They wanted to get the work done too quickly possibly and when we called to correct their mistakes they originally wanted to charge us for correcting their own installation.
I was also not happy with the estimate which had no detail in it separating the costs for the heater versus the new parts, etc. They are fixing it now and have now agreed to not charge us for their mistakes and are correcting them now.
RESPONSE FROM Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating:
Please accept my apologies. Of course, we are taking care of our corrections and will make it right with the city inspector. I overhead an employee conversation with you that suggested an additional charge. That is not something I approved or agree with.
