thought I try them for grooming. How disappointing......\r
I had an 8am appointment and was asked what time I would like to come and get her. I said as soon as possible. When I called at 1030am I was told she'd be ready at 1pm. I said 1 I was not expecting that. I showed up at 1pm and she was just being worked on. I was very upset and was asking the girl behind the desk, how could this have happened? I had a 8am appointment, does that mean my dog has been in a cage for 5 hours. I would have dropped her off later, if you were that backed up. I was then advised since I didn't give a pick up time and others did they had to honor those times. Really???\r
There was a gentleman behind the counter also as I was showing my anger and then he walked in the back. I then asked for a manager and what to do you know, the same gentleman came out from the back. I said so you heard why I am upset and he said yes. Well what kind of manager let's his worker take the wrath of an angry customer?
