We walked into a small waiting area with urine on the floor. We brought our 3-year old indoor cat in for his routine shots. There were three very large, uncontrollable dogs growling and barking. Our cat was nervous and gave a tentative hiss when the receptionist jabbed her finger into our cat's carrier. I moved to the far side of the lobby area to be a few feet further away from the dogs and speak comfortingly to the cat. We were shooed away and back into the area with the out of control dogs (and more dogs came in). \r \r They handed our credit card to one of the other customers.\r \r They took our cat and did not invite us to accompany him. When the vet, whom the cat had never met, opened the carrier in some back room full of barking dogs, the cat was hesitant to come out. Vet decided the cat was "aggressive" and refused treatment. \r \r This was the malpractice combo plate: piss on the floor, unsafe waiting area, non-existent customer service, and our nervous-but-behaved cat was
