I have been a loyal Volvo driver for 2 cars in a row now. I went out of my way, and only looked for Volvos when I was recently on the market for a newer used car. \r

I had taken my car there when I purchased my first Volvo a little over 3 years ago. I wanted a simple inspection and road test of the car. Just to see what needed to be done, if anything. They where not outright rude.. but I did feel rather judged for bringing in an older model Volvo. Whispering service personal, funny looks, and a slightly arrogant attitude came with the drop off of the car. Took them 2 hours for a simple inspection when I had an appointment. When all was said in done the report came back with the most basic of "duh" stuff. Half the systems they where supposed to check where ether marked N/A, or had some over simplified, vague remark of no worth. The "expertly trained, certified Volvo tech" had neglected to write down any of the specifics of the engine check other than "Gettin' there". No, really, just "
