If I could leave TEN STARS I would !!!!! Steve had ZERO HESITATION with taking our 2 3/4 year old ORECK BLUE PILOT with a TEN YEAR warranty service agreement- for it's THIRD YEAR "maintenance" and they were able to rid the DOG hair (and more) build-up. DO NOT GO TO LA MESA SEW & VAC- they are a BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY with over 60 complaints.... ONLY GO TO POWAY SEW and Vacuum. Once ORECK set us on the right track, the POWAY SEW and VACUUM was DEFINITELY WORTH THE DRIVE from Mt. Helix in San Diego County. Our Blue Pilot runs like new again... and they EVEN polished and cleaned the exterior from bumps into the furniture and walls.... came back with ZERO scrapes- I am amazed! BEST SERVICE and BTW- after 2.5 weeks, Steve remembered that it was my Birthday June 4- now that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKS PS&V! WE WILL RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE! Erich
