Review content:
Mr. Wilka misrepresented his client on more than one occasion. He gave authority to the mother to enroll the children in school without ever discussing it with the father. As a result the children had been prepared to attend school in Brandon. They had toured, gotten schedules, learned lockers, attended band camp, written their name and school on all their supplies, prepared for their bus route. Then just days prior to starting school they had their world turned upside down. We had to go to court and Mr. Wilka's authorization was overturned. This was very hard on the children and parents involved. It cost additional moneys to "redo" everything that had been decided. He was an embarrasment in court, appologizing profusely to the judge for having messed everything up but made no appology to the people he had harmed. He refuses to follow the judges orders to schedule a trial for permanent custody, leaving the poor kids dangling in limbo. I have always heard it's the kids that get hurt the
