At first I loved this clinic. They seemed like they cared so much for my dog that had just been hit by a car. They performed surgery on my dog and I was thankful. There is no doubt that they care about the animals, but they gave me 3 different prices on the surgery. First they said the price would only be around 3200.00. During my dogs stay, the price went to around, but no more than 3800.00. I thought this was ok since they did do extensive surgery. Was I surprised at checkout though! The grand total was 4100.00 and that includes the 800.00 we had to pay upfront before they would even look at my dog. I was shocked and the office manager promptly showed her face. She was so rude, and even told me that maybe I need to get a part time job!! I like the vets, vet techs, but not the front office staff, especially the office manager who happens to be married to one of the Vets. I can't believe that the price went from no more than 3200.00 to 5100.00. Good Luck people if you h
