These people are not to be trusted. I inquired about shipping costs to buy a jacket and have it shipped to China. I specifically asked for shipping cost via UPS. I gave them my exact address so they could get me an exact quote. The sales rep replied that shipping costs to China via UPS would be $55.00. After I placed the order they changed the shipping charges to $145.00. I reminded them of their quote of $55.00 and they basically told me that they would not honor their promised quote. Do not do business with these people! Bait and switch? Liars? Maybe just idiots!!! But whatever, they cannot be trusted to deal with their customers honestly and ethically.
