Seeing so many good reviews, I'll have to think we were very unlucky. I have to say Victor sounded like a nice and educated person on the phone, but that would be the end of our good experience. We agreed with Victor at Purelight days in advance to do the installation of a new satellite dish at one date and time, so we ordered the equipment with premium shipping to warranty that day. Surprise! They just didn't show up because according to Victor (they called AFTER waiting for hours) they were busy in another job. After losing another day after that in numerous calls, we finally contact and now we are told that due to forecast weather they can't do it until weather clears, ok here. So, we waited for several days, now with 100% clear skies weather, and after chasing Victor for a while again, we are told (by email) that another Job in the city is more important for them and they would be busy for another week. We just said no thanks! Sorry I could never share how nice is Victor working!
