The team showed up an hour and a half late and subsequently had to leave before the job was done properly. I was charged $160 for a "move-out" clean. I thought that would include mopping the floors and wiping down the walls, however that was not done. You can imagine my surprise when I ended up cleaning up after the cleaning crew. When I called Maid Brigade of San Diego to express my dissatisfaction the owner Bob was less than willing to offer me any kind of discount, or anything at all to make me happy. "The customer is always right" is not a motto for this branch of Maid Brigade. I cannot say for sure, but more than once with this company I have felt like I was told that the team arrived at a certain time which I am almost certain is not true. Do not use this company. However, Maid Brigade is a franchise and the office in North County does great work.
