Review content:
I took my car, 2005 BMW 530i to get an oil change few days ago at this place. I Usually took it to BMW dealership for car service but decided to take it to Tveten's since it's close to my house. I did not drive it for three days afterwards since I have two other vehicles to drive, and today, when I pulled out of the garage, my husband notice an oil leak underneath the car. \r
I just had my car inspected and did all the maintanance repair at the BMW a month earlier and it was perfect. So the oil leak happened after they did the oil change. I spoke with the manager who promised to take care of it.\r
Today, Sunday, July 18, 2010, I met with the manager, Ray Gregory, who took care of the problem promptly. It turned out that there was some oil residue after they changed the filter, or whatever. Mr. Gregory cleaned the area and there was no oil leak. Thank God. I have to give the credit when the credit due. In this case, I thanked the manager who took his time to fix the problem.
