We used them for the first time last spring when the carpenter bees were back- AGAIN- and they got rid of them right away with the first treatment. We were stunned! The previous company we had to call to come back at least once if not two or three times! They treated for stink bugs also, which I'm told by friends and family that there's nothing exterminators can do for them, but this company was able to get rid of them for us! I would highly recommend them, prices are reasonable, customer service has been great, and we LOVE not having to dodge carpenter bees running to the car. Our dog appreciates them too!
