If I could give them 10 starts, I would! John Sienko, the Service Advisor at their Cornelius location, is absolutely exceptional in customer service. He treats you like a family. He knows what you need and what you are looking for and takes care of it every time. He makes you feel like you are the only customer he has got that day. Of course, everybody else who has ever worked on our cars in Griffin Brothers, has always done a great job. We have never had any problems with anything and never ever had we felt as they were suggesting something that did not need to be done. I highly recommend Griffin Brothers for any of your automotive needs. It is my husbands? and mine one-stop-shop now for everything when it comes to cars: from annual inspections and oil changes to new tires and major repairs. They are very honest and have great prices! They offer a free shuttle service, if you need a ride. They have a great atmosphere in the waiting area, including free Internet connections and enclo
