I WENT TO BEST TIRES MID MARCH 2007 AND I AM TELLING YOU THE FAT INDIAN GUY IS RUDE . HE IS LAZY AND HE WONT SPEND THE TIME WITH YOU IN SEARCH FOR RIMMS. I WAS REFFERED TO THEM BY DEALER WHO HAS A ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND PART OF MY CAR PURCHASE WAS TO GET RIMMS DONE AT THIS SHOP. THE RIMMS I CHOSE HAD TO BE ORDERED AND THE DAY OLD ME TO COME BACK I DID AT THE AGREED TIME AND WHEN I ARRIVED HE NOR THE RIMMS WERE NOT THERE AND THE OTHER PEOLE WORKING WOULD NOT HELP ME UNTIL HE GOT THERE. HE SENT ME AWAY FOR 3 HOURS WAITING ON HIM AND WHEN HE FINALLYARRIVED THEY TOOK 1 HOUR MORE TO PUT MY RIMMS ON BUT NOT BEFORE KICKING ONE OF TIRES OVER AND OVER TO REMOVE IT. WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT IT HE STATED THAT THE TIRE HAD BEEN ON SO LONG THAT HE HAD TO KICK ITPROFUSELY TO REMOVE IT!! HE APOLOJISED FOR THE INCONVIENANCE AND HALF WAY HOME MY STEERING WHEEL WAS SHAKING PROFUSLEY AND WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT IT THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL I TOLD THEM THE PROBLEM AND HE SAID WELL BRING IT IN AND WELL TR
