Review content:
They are arrogant and dangerous! This is my experience with Everett Auto Clinic. December 25th, 2010 my truck was towed there because of a recommendation from AAA. It had to have significant work done. (Head gasket replacement, etc.) Oh how I wish I had gone with my gut instinct and had the truck towed out of there before the folks at Everett Auto Clinic could touch it! It's been over a week and I'm still finding parts missing, wire dangling and things that aren't working. I've tried to communicate in an adult manner with the guy in the front office named Jeff. (Some people say he is the owner but Better Business Bureau says he is the manager.) To no avail. This guy disputes they left the wire dangling - the wire with the shiny metal lug on it? Maybe he doesn't know what shiny metal means. It means until just recently it used to be connnected to something! Now, don't get me wrong, he magnanimously volunteered to tow the truck back to his shop when we found the fuel leak in the engine
