Review content:
The quality of the toys here is terrible. The button maker I got for my daughter must have been sitting on their shelves/ storage room for ages. When I needed refills I found out they didn't carry them and then learned from the manufacturer that this toy had been discontinued a while ago. What happened 6 months later is much worse. I got a bunch of toys from the hobby department. Three of them broke from the first time my son used them and one of them was already broken when I opened the box. When I returned them, their response was "you have to be careful with them"- come on, are these toys or museum items? The sarcasm from the sales staff during the return process and the implied sexism cannot even be described in words. This is it for me. Never, never, never will I step foot in that store.
