Phil developed a quote for Auto & Home for my wife and I. I made a mistake and lost the quote. After calling him twice, leaving messages both times, and emailing him 4 times, he failed to re-send the quote. He barely responded at all to the email, replying only ONCE and saying, "I will get your info can let you know tomorrow." But of course, I never heard from him for 48 hours, at which time I emailed him and told him to forget sending it and I would send my business elsewhere. I called another Farm Bureau Agency and was provided with quotes within 6 hours and great customer service, something Mr. Rains obviously gives little to no effort in providing.
