Please do not let the outside appearance and walk through of the "renovated" apartments fool you. This place is a complete disaster. Washers and dryers never work, elevators never work, gate to get in complex with your car doesn't work most of the time, holes in the walls of apartments that they never fix, fleas, fleas, fleas, pool condemned by health department for a little while, terrible grouting in bath tub, toilets go on the fritz, oh man I could go on for hours. Rent for a studio for 6 months is $1,250.00 non-furnished and with all the lovely amenities I just shared with you. Stay clear of the royal equestrian unless you're homeless.
